By using organic seasonal products, we guarantee the absence of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we collaborate with local producers certified organic and we banned seafood "endangered species" from our menu.

Plastic stop

All the hotel services prioritize glass use to reduce plastic waste in the long term: setting up distributors, removing individual bottles, etc.
